We do not offer returns of perishable cakes. If your cake arrives damaged, we require a picture to file a claim with the shipper. Once the file is claimed we will credit the card used at time of purchase or send you another cake. Please send all inquires to Kingkakeking@gmail.com

Shipping Policy:

We make every effort to ship out our cakes within 24 hours of placing the order. All cakes are shipped out Monday through Wednesday. We do offer overnight shipping for Thursday. FedEx and King Kake King will not make refunds due to weather related events that may prohibit your cake from being delivered within the two day window.
